Unreinforced Description

N6050L General purpose injection molding grade, lubricated for easy mold release.

N60N45L A high-flow nucleated product for fastest production rates, and best processability for thin-wall parts or for long flow path tooling.

N6065L Higher viscosity grade suggested for components requiring improved toughness, or for best packing of heavier section parts.

N60125 High viscosity suitable for extrusion applications such as tubing.

Unreinforced, Toughened

N60P50 General purpose viscosity, but plasticized for greater flexibility and improved low temperature toughness.

N603 Intermediate viscosity grades suitable for processing by injection molding or extrusion, N609 modified to improve toughness both dry as molded, and at low temperatures, while maintaining excellent strength and rigidity.

N604 Suitable for extrusion or injection molding applications, offering high flexibility and excellent toughness in parts even dry as molded.

N605HS A formulation developed primarily for extruded tubing applications, offering flexibility and toughness combined with excellent property retention even after prolonged high temperature exposure in air.

Reinforced with Glass Fiber

N60G06L A family of grades reinforced with glass fiber at 6%, 15%, 33%, 43% and 50% providing N60G15L a choice of strength, rigidity and toughness characteristics to satisfy the requirements of N60G33L a broad range of applications, especially those which require performance at high N60G43L temperatures. Each offers the easy processability and excellent surface appearance N60G50L typical of nylon 6 formulations.

NST60G33L A 33% glass fiber reinforced formulation, impact modified to improve practical toughness and ductility especially dry as molded, while maintaining excellent strength and rigidity.

Reinforced with Mineral/Glass and Mineral

N60MG40L Combining mineral and glass fiber reinforcement, this formulation exhibits excellent strength and stiffness, especially at high temperatures, while offering improved control of warp and sink-marking in large area or heavily ribbed parts.

N60M40L Reinforced with 40% mineral, these compounds offer high rigidity, especially at elevated NST60M40L temperatures, and provide excellent control of both warpage in large area or complex shape parts, and surface sink-marking. NST60M40L exhibits improved toughness and ductility.

N60GB20L Compounds incorporating glass bead reinforcement at 20% and 40% respectively to N60GB40L provide control of warpage in large area or complex shape parts, exceptional surface appearance, and improved rigidity at higher temperatures.
